Photo & Imaging Lab Assistant
Full Circle has an immediate opening and seeks a confident, new member for the photo and imaging lab. This person will support the Photo Lab Manager and Imaging Specialist with both analog and digital responsibilities. This position provides a variety of critical duties to keep our busy lab on schedule with the highest quality work. Hours include customer service responsibilities at the front desk, accepting film orders, and more. Expect approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Scanning roll film on professional capture equipment
Capturing high-resolution files on the Imacon X5
XL Flatbed scanning
QC on imaging projects
Color correcting through Photoshop and other professional level capture software
Retouching digital images
Communication with clients (emailing and phone calls)
Assisting print specialist with larger print orders and editions; including hand-
trimming prints, sleeving prints and organizing
Pigment Printing on Epson medium and large format printers
General Film Lab support
Organizing film pick up bins and racks
Color and B&W Processing
Setting up RA4 processor for darkroom rentals
Must have 1-3 years of photography and imaging experience; preferred higher education in photography or related field. Adobe skills are a must (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom). Able to work in high volume workflow. Excellent in team format but adept at individually focused tasks. Needs to be Communicative.

Customer Service Associate
Full Circle Fine Art is seeking applications for a part-time customer service position. Established in 1987, Full Circle Fine Art is a professional arts studio in Baltimore City providing archival framing and printing, art reproduction, photography lab services, customized presentation services, and collection digitization throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing customers at the front desk when they arrive
- Taking film orders and payments from customers
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Answering questions and/or directing inquiries to the correct staff Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception and gallery area is tidy and clean
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Proficient verbal communications skills
- Professional attitude and appearance Excellent organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Collaboration Skills
- Clear penmanship
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
- Customer Service: 1-3 years
- Knowledge of or experience with film photography and or fine arts is a plus
- Wednesday’s 9am -1pm, Saturdays 10-4pm

This is an associate position in a well-established, successful fine art services company.
